What are the properties of 1060 aluminum alloy?

Pure aluminum has low density (ρ=2.7g/cm3), about 1/3 of iron, low melting point (660℃), aluminum is face-centered cubic structure, so it has high plasticity (δ:32~40%, ψ:70~90%), easy to process, can be made into various profiles, plates, good corrosion resistance; But the strength of pure aluminum is very low, so it is not suitable for structural material.

1060 aluminum plate/coil, aluminum content of 99.6% or more, also known as pure aluminum plate, belongs to a commonly used series. With good elongation and tensile strength, it can fully meet the requirements of conventional processing (stamping, stretching) with high formability. It is industrial pure aluminum, with high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, easy to bear all kinds of pressure processing and extension, bending.

• l Normally , for Color Coated aluminium , 20MT can be loaded into 20 foot container , we suggest to use 20 foot container , the sea freight rate is much cheaper than 40 foot container .
• l the packing is very strong , which has 3 lays , thick fiber , foam , plastic , enough drying agent ,suitable for long distance sea transportation.
• l We use wooden pallet and steel pallet according to customer request ;
• l Wooden boxes will be used in the outside packing .
